Quick Note: Pitcher Mock currently pitching in first Nationals minor league game

The game started at noon, and you can access the box score at the Harrisburg Senators website. Unfortunately, the game appears to either have become overcome by rain, or the website itself has frozen, because the game is stuck right before Mock was to through his first pitch in the bottom of the first inning.

Oops, well . . . Apparently the page I was looking at, despite the numerous "reloads" wouldn't tell me what was happening. But the main page shows that Mock has given up 5 runs in the first inning off of 6 hits. No clue if inning over as it is just the box with the runs per inning.

Mock's Nationals debut (minor league) isn't going well.

Oh, and they are playing the Portland Sea Dogs. Dorta lead off and is playing 3B.

Harrisburg POS AB R H RBI AVG
Dorta, M 3B 1 0 0 0 .258
Dement 2B 0 0 0 0 .238
Casto, K LF 1 0 1 0 .293
Redman CF 1 0 0 0 .293
Diaz, F DH 0 0 0 0 .273
Whitesell, J 1B 0 0 0 0 .265
Guerrero RF 0 0 0 0 .212
Emmerick C 0 0 0 0 .148
Bynum SS 0 0 0 0 .235
Mock, G P 0 0 0 0 .000

If they have DH in AA, then why is Mock on there?

Well, now Harrisburg has put 2 on the board at the top of the second (Harrisburg is "our" (Nationals) team). Score is now 5-2.

Hope Mock is still in the game and pulls himself together.
